Default Alaniz Technologies

Hey everyone I wanted to warn you about alaniz tech. Maybe some of you had ok service but mine has been Horrible,i mean horrible. I sent them my entire head to be done. cams lifters the whole top half and the bottom half of the head. After sending both packages I got my head back after 3weeks. I did not get anything back from the top( cam towers, lifters, cams, ect . They do not answer the phone or get back in contact with you. After a week of calling i finally got a call back from Joe. I told him what I was missing and he promised i would have it all that friday so i could put the motor back together and he would call the the next morning which was wed. I did not get a call back nor a tracking numbers. Friday comes and nothing i call and i cannot get ahold of anyone. So monday comes around i call , tues i call wed i call not a thing back that week. The following tues i finally get a email saying. Sorry for the trouble i will have it friday. I get a tracking number monday evening saying the package should arrive fri. Tracking said billing received. Wed i look at the tracking number again and it still says billing received. They did not even send it out on monday. I send a email very upset once again and finally it says package rescheduled for tues. They dont even care about the customer ME. Today i get the package that has the cam tower brackets and some springs and bolts in it all in pieces. WTF is going on, i didnt even get back what i sent them. I sent them the entire top half of the head all together and i get back some SH*T thats not even mine. Im sorry im venting but i would not want anyone to go through this crap. Just wanted to let everyone know what may happen to you if you use them. Its very bad business they are conducting.

Thats brings me to, does anyone have a head i can buy from them thats in good condition. Or can i buy just the top half of the head from Honda. I dont have anymore time to fool wtih them as i need to finish putting the motor together. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot if it is. Thanks for listening

I'm sorry to hear that they put you through all that BS, I hate when businesses have horrible customer service. Hopefully everything will work out for you soon , i'm sure that you are putting together a beast with your motor.

Thats horrible...I was planning on sending my head to them eventually but now I may rethink my decision...I just saw another thread and just spent the past 20 minutes looking for it...somebody else that does head work, and acutally build motors too, uses pauter rods and some other stuff

they looked like they might build good heads...

either way, while searching for the thread I was talking about I saw MULTIPLE others who have had probles with Joe...I'll probably steer clear...ohh well.

Yes. I hear Joe does some of the best work, but tends to get overloaded. It makes for some tough buisness. I would not say you got screwed. You might want to calm down and work with the guy, or find someone who can just slap your shit together, in a timely manner.

I don

yeah this is nuts. My race short block was done by ERL performance. I am a seller for them through my aftermarket company. I had the Superdeck 1 done along with pauter rods and Wiseco High 12.0:1 CR pistons thermal coate. They do AWSOME work and there costomer relations are Great. Sean is a great guy there and kept me updated all the time. Top notch work.

It seems i will possibly have to buy all the other parts i need now. My motor is ready to go together and im stuck with this crap. If things go my way the car will be running in 2 weeks or so. So im not alone with this there have been others that have had problems?
