Does anyone know if the caster can be adjusted on the S2K, or is it set from the factory and non-adjustable?
The caster setting on my right front wheel is within spec, but lower than that of the left wheel, which is causing the car to pull to the right.

Yes, anything can be adjusted. You probably need a camber/caster correction kit from an aftermarket company. Our cars have a slight negative camber stock. This aids in cornering but can affect straight line driving. I put stock back wheels on the front and my car pulled slightly to the right also. I had it aligned and it was much better but still sensitive in either direction. Most roads tilt to the right for water drainage purposes, this could be your problem if the pull is only slight. If it's not too bad keep both hands on the wheel and accept it. If it's really bad get it aligned with a correction kit.
Just remember that changing the caster will change camber and toe. If you get another alignment make sure all of the parameters are in range. You might want to take a look at the alignment thread that's at stuck at the top of the UTH forum. Also I'd recommend trying out the UK specs which are at the bottom of this note.
Here's some info I got when researching this earlier:
The adjustment is done by turning cams on the suspension attachments. The adjustments are carried out by adjusting the front and rear attachment points of the bottom wishbone and the tie-rod length. The camber is changed by the front, caster by the rear and toe with the tie-rod. Basically, pushing the wishbone in/out changes camber, twisting it changes caster. As you can see, changing one upsets all the other measurements.
It'sjust a case of adjusting the cams and setting the toe-in in the normal way (adjusting the steering arm tie-rod). Once it's done, all of the wheel measurements have to be taken again, and the whole process repeated until it is right.
WARNING It would appear that adjusting the tracking (by changing the steering tie-rods) will change the rest of the alignment. Don't let an ordinary tire center anywhere near the tracking!
The caster requires the correct twist of the wishbone, while keeping the distance correct.

I took the car to a reputable mechanic . He test drove the car, looked at the printout from when the dealer did the last alignment and he told me the caster settings are not equal, and this is what is causing the car to pull right all the time.

I gotta agree with s2000guy. it will vary just a little bit. and I always say, do a certain setting for the camber and a certain setting for the toe and get the caster AS CLOSE TO +6 as possible. your setting looks about average. but check the tire pressures if you are in doubt, its a quick and easy thing to do.
