Default Allignment

I've read up that there are threads full of different allignment settings but I can't seem to find them through the search function. Can anybody link me to the threads or provide a few different popular allignment settings? I'm also curious of the pros and cons associated with each setup. Thanks guys!

Would this be the ideal configuration for my car (MY05)?

MY04 - MY05

2004 onwards S2000 set to standard, settings below

Yes or add a little more camber if you corner hard

well, all depends on what sort of driving you are going to do...the race section has a lot of different set ups as well....
