we can all guess as much as we want...
but thats nothing like an inspection by someone who really knows what they are looking at-

make an appointment to see darin at west end- its a bit of a drive for you, but he is the man for your job, imo!!

its probably the balancing. if it was in the drivetrain you would get the vibration on the throttle and you wouldnt get it at the certain speed.

Jesse,

I use the European specs for alignment and still get very good mileage out of my rear tires. I paid for the lifetime warranty at Big O and have used them every time before a track day and have never had any problems.

I'm leaning toward the tire balancing not being right.

The specs I use are:

Front: camber -1.0
toe 0.00
castor 6.0-6.5
Rear: camber -2.0
toe in .25

I got about 17k miles out of my rear Goodyear F1 GS D3's and just got 2 new ones for the rear.
