As much as I love the S2000, I'd get the E46 SMG M3 without hesitation given your choices. Why?

Fast. Sleek. BMW name. BMW flash. Even if you see 10 of these everyday on the road, you still drive a phat-ass car whereas if I started seeing 10 S2000s everyday, it'd lose a bit of its appeal.
