Alpine 1-Din DVD Navigation Comming?----Check this out!
I also put htis thread in the elelctronics forum, i thought this would be a good place to get any info. Goto www.alpine.com and click on the Europe area. Apperently Alpine has a 1-din navigation unit w/ 3-d mapping and graphics like the 7998. This unit is also an audio unit too! Check the website out--AWESOME Graphics. The head unit is called: INA-N033R DVD NAVIGATION & AUDIO SYSTEM. I will be calling Alpine this week and calling my friend who sells Alpine w/ Tweeter if this will be available in the US. I checked the Japan website and there wasn't any info listed for this head unit???? If anyone can find out any info please list!

I just bought one unit and will receive it in one week.
I have to find out if it is possible to use the US DVD.
If anyone has one please let me know if it is possible to check with the Alpine US NAV DVD.

Between the down-low radio location and the interference from the shift knob in the field of view, this thing is nothing but bling-bling and won't be a useful tool I'm afraid.

This unit looks great!!! It will also support the dash controls of the S2000 if you get the KCE-865E controller from Lucid. I hope they send it state side, it's just what I've been looking for.
