Fiber Images here. I just dont like those vents. Went for the clean JDM loook. Granted the Hood wasnt perfect when the body shop recieved it so they fitted the hood..wetsanded it with 2000 grit sandpaper, and clearcoated it. Its great cause i can wax the hood just like the car and it looks WET lemme tell yah. Never had any bad comments. I guess i was lucky with this hood.

And explain to me what would be..? A hood with all those Ricey Vents and stuff? I guess i am dumb because when ever i get stopped in traffic..everyone said they love the JDM look..My headlights are the Cleared USD ones now, Not the orange and i have the JDM side markers with the Black emblem kit on the side and CTR Red Emblems front and back. I dont know how much more jdm you can get on a usd car. Ill have more updated pics soon..probably tomorrow. Not being rude just being str8 forward..thats how i am..so excuse me if i come off that way.

Oh, I believe the vent on the Amuse hood is actually functional. can anybody verify that?

im not saying that it does..but i enhances the rest of the jdm look. I dont know if you realize this but the IN thing in japan is the stickers and stuff that we do here..as the normal jdm cars are the thing over here....thats all im saying..dont say i dislike the amuse hood..i just like the clean smooth look of the Fiber Images. Functional or not for keeping the engine cool..it disturbs the aerodynamics of the cars hood..and thats coming from a Professional Pilot. The shape of that vent is the same shape of the spoilers on a jet's wing to SLOW it down. You engage them to slow the plane down because it disturbs the airflow..causing loss in lift..making the play slow down..or loose altitude fast without gaining airspeed..any way..nice hood..just not for me.
