It's most likely your seat back bouncing around. Play with the angle and the seat fore/aft positioning.

Or check your spare tire to make sure the wingnut is secure, I had a very annoying rattle that sounded like it was coming from the passenger seat area that I could not figure out, xviper told me to check the spare tire and sure enough the wingnut that holds the spare down was loose, causing the rattle.

Also check if the passenger seat belt is hitting the plastic interior piece beside the seat back.

Its the seat belt! Just slot the metal thingy into the plastic guide of the seat belt or hook it in the lock.

I have adjusted the angle of the passengers seat and this often helps. I do have some rattles that seem to be coming from inside each door. I will check the seat belt next time though.
