annoying rattles from passenger side

We are just talking about using the lever on the side of the seat to set it up or back more. Sometimes that little change can stop rattles.

I usually buckle the passenger seatbelt so that it doesn't hit the side panel. Either that or move the passenger seat forward.

It's the passenger seat, my father complained to me of the problem, I had noticed it too. Moved the seat, no more problem. I suppose it just doesn't lock in place and then rattles.
