I think my symptoms are the same that mzk described. Rotating the steering wheel cover doesn't seem to resolve it, but if I put my hand over the H logo on the steering wheel with almost enought pressure to honk the horn, the rattling seems to stop. I have only verified this a couple times on my way into work this morning and since the rattle is intermittent, I am not 100% that this is it, but I would say about 95% sure.

Thanks again. Now I can search "steering wheel rattle" instead of "dash rattle."
