Your bro needs a good punch in the face, maybe then he'll realize he's an idiot. Two cars within a month of each other? Get the **** off the road!

His first accident ever was when he was 15. He really wanted to learn how to drive, so my mother decided to let him take the wheel (he was very close to getting his permit)

The car was pointed at a mailbox. It was a V8 Tahoe.

He has a history of mailbox incidents now

. Apparently since this house is still his main place of residence he is still considered for our payments. A sort of "Letter of Exclusion" was mentioned wherein you would consent that he would not be able to drive any of the other family vehicles and would not be insured in them in case of an accident. Does this exist?

Yes. This absolutely does exist. I have 3 of those letters for my mom, dad, and brother. None of them are allowed to drive my car.

I also have another 4 forms which state that I am not allowed to drive any of their cars.

I have a different insurance policy + company from the rest of my family.
