A sort of "Letter of Exclusion" was mentioned wherein you would consent that he would not be able to drive any of the other family vehicles and would not be insured in them in case of an accident. Does this exist?
Yes. This absolutely does exist. I have 3 of those letters for my mom, dad, and brother. None of them are allowed to drive my car.
I also have another 4 forms which state that I am not allowed to drive any of their cars.
I have a different insurance policy + company from the rest of my family.
