I would buy an older Miata;get some track time in it , sell the Miata to your brother and then buy another S2000

Insurance for you is going to be insane if you could even get insurance. 18k is a pretty good settlement, but man getting a new S with insurance? maybe this time you won't let your brother drive and the both of you stop ****ing around.

Since I was under 18 at the time of the ticket, the judge took away my license for two months and let my take a four hour driving school in return for having it stricken from the record. If I had been given the ticket twenty days later, I would have just had the driving school.
