Default Another Possible Front License Plate Solution

I wonder if this would fly: Take a front grill that has a decent amount of metal to it (the Coastal Metal's one, might work) and have an image of your front plate (photo or a faithful mockup) silkscreened on to the grill. From any decent distance, it should be perfectly readable. While it still might not be lawful, it might be good enough.

I'm hoping that the word "ghetto" will help you understand what that would look like! Besides, it sounds illegal as it really is not a plate at all.

If anything, it may cause the police to pull you over because of you boldly bringing to their attention what you're trying to pull. Just my opinion.

It's an interesting idea and I think it would work, but I also think it would look worse than having a real plate mounted on the car.
