is this the contrversial clip from San Diego? theyve been trying to keep it down being that the guy is in a lawsuit or something a rather.....

i didnt download it, but the file size is the same as the other, and my dial up internet connection sucks

Yep that's the one! There are no secrets once info is on the net. I'm still amazed that the driver and passenger are ok.

the driver is actully very lucky that there was no incoming car coming the other way... then it would of been really really bad

A. By not driving like a jackass on public roads. People who drive like that on the street deserve such outcomes.
