Year of car matters, seats changed in 06+. Mine is an 05, BYS rail was fine for short trips, but on a 4-5 hour journey it sucked.

I keep thinking of lowering the seat mainly for the visibility out the windshield but for the most part I fit pretty well at 6'2". I need to find someone with the BYS rails so I can sit in it to see if it's worth it. I like my arm on top of the door while I'm driving so concerned it'd be up a little higher than I want.
