I went to my local dealer to buy a case of the new filter. Not only do they not stock them. They refused to believe me when I said it existed. Hell, the counter guy grabbed the parts manager to confirm that I was wrong and that all Honda's use the same small filter.

The dealer I went to knew the correct filter but showed an inventory of minus one in the computer. Hmmmm. Found a few hidden at the service manager's counter but they'd only let me buy one. I think everyone is best served to buy filters from the board sponsors and either do it yourself or take the correct one in with you when you go for an oil change.

Retired, nothing to do all day. Well, I'm sure my pregnant wife could use some help but she can wait.

You know, this must be a California thing that people are just not able to read. First oil filters then wheels causing cars to fly out of control.

California? I wish
