well i ordered a key today from ebay...it was 95.00 shipped for the machined tl key.

im sure getting it cut will be ok, and the chip should be easy to move over....

now to figure out how to get the remote working...ask ive read they are different freq's....... anyone have a pic of the ap2 remotes? are they the same as the ap1 remotes?

looking at the guts of the remote, this isnt something for the faint of heart to do.....
heck it might be impossible. but ill try.

Whos suite does this key go to? It looks pretty sweet though
Sorry fellas. I'm the thread starter here and looks like I've confused a fair bunch of folks with the thread title...

SUITE = SWEET

I apologize for the misleading title. Mods, please feel free to change the title.

I'm glad to see someone is trying this out. I wasn't able to get around to it as planned, but hopefully some of our members can figure this one out. Good luck fellas, and please let us know how it plays out. Don't forget to take pics

If someone could help me get a wiring diagram of the TL's keyless entry system, that would help me greatly.

It might be the easier route. The 2007 TL's keyless module is only around $60.

I was actually starting to think along the same lines.....

It seems the keyless module is the same for....

3rd Gen TL's....(2004 through 2006) Remote Works
TSX..................(2004 through 2006) Remote Works
Accord.............(2003 through 2006) Remote Works

so its all about finding a pinout for these...I have the pin out for a s2000 key less control module.

From looking at the parts books, I couldn't find they keyless modules for the TSX or the Accord. I'm guessing because they use a CAN bus? wiring system that it's more integrated. The TL module is only $60. Just need the pin out... I also have the S2000 pinout. I guess it's time to start signing onto a TL forum.
