Update... regarding the hoist. I decided to get the kayak hoist and I feel confident enough that this will do my intentions and my needs at this time.

Lay the tires flat, 3 high. Get piece of plywood or mdf and cut it in circle 30" diameter. Place a round table cloth on top. If you like put 30" diameter glass on top of that. Side table.

Rock on you guys!!! That damn cloth made a big difference... may just do this without the boss lady knowing it. Kinda sneak it into the house.
