I've never experienced anything quite like this from an online business.

PaulS2K, thanks for bringing this to their attention. I've given them all they need to contact me.

I ordered yesterday 1/17 and received today 1/18. As far as I can tell , they are alive and well. They may be just swamped, as I think Trevor runs the whole online thing, and not just for us S2000's (you know how those civc owners get ) I have always gotten great service from them so I think there are times he's swamped an the service gets a bit backlogged, but great service is the norm for them (MUCH better than some other vendors I've tried ) Hope they get back to you soon though!

I've had great customer service from Trevor. You can always PM him if you can't reach him.

Not to "poo-poo" anyone or any of our sponsors, but I just wanted to share this tidbit of info with any of you who's trying to get the best deals possible for Honda parts or is a bit impatient like me. I just ordered my chin spoiler at the lowest price possible from a wholesaler and shipping will be cheaper since it is an east-coast company with fulfillment out of Virginia (since I live in MD).

MagAuto Honda 1-800-531-2756... no website, but they are quick to answer the phone.

Price matching / beating is not an issue, it appears...

I have too not heard back from trevor.

Before christmas my girlfriends 95 civic was broken in to, and they smashed the passenger window. We parked the car and drove a friends car to idaho for christmas (parents live in Sun Valley area)

So while I am up there I e-mail trevor about buying the window.. He promptly replies and says that windows are too fragile to ship, so I reply and say I am going to be driving through his area on the 30th in the afternoon and asked if I could pay him and have him leave it someone w/ the sales guys and I will just pick it up.

No reply, no nothing.

So I get home, get the window somewhere else and e-mail him again saying that I was disapointed that he couldn't be bothered to reply. I mean he could have atleast replied and say no.

And again, No reply

Needless to say the fact that he didn't reply to the second left we wondering if I still wanted to do business with them anymore. But now I wonder if something else is up.

Maybe trevor took other work or something.

Well, I called him twice, once through the 888 number and once through the dealership. I left him several emails. After my calls, he promptly shipped my order (ordered on Tueday 1/15 and shipped on Thursday 1/17). I never got through to him via the phone. My guess is that he's a little backed up.
