You can also try to watch the for sale forum pretty closely to see if something pops up.

Call junk yards. There will not be many S2000's available, but you might find one. I did, but an even trade was much cheaper than buying from a junk yard.

A coachworks shop could possibly make you new door panel inserts.

 

They don't sell the inserts separate from the panels. The panels with inserts go for about $3xx.xx each. I do have '02 red panels without inserts if you are interested.
