I live in Nashville. There are exactly 11 houses on my street. In 3 of those 11 garages there are brand new 2001 Stooks (2 yellow, one red). That's 37.5%. At least I was the first on the street to get one.

Hell, I can't top that, I haven't seen another S2000 in Chicago in eons! They are a rare bird up here in the frozen hinterlands of Chi-town.

Hey, you're in Nashville, you're bringing your neighbors along to Asheville for S2KDays, right?

I'll give it a whirl...

I live in a four-plex (like a duplex but with four units). 2 weeks after I took delivery of my *new* 2001 s2k, my neighbor picks up a used 2000 s2k. She lives above me...so...50% of my complex has a stook.

BTW: no romance option, she plays for the other team, if you know what I mean... , nudge-nudge...say no more...

It's a chick magnet alright!

Guess no leather console cover from Rick, since she's into carpet!? Right?

Deja Vu...I grew up in San Marino California. And in 1974 my street (11 houses) had three DeTomaso's. Two Pantera's and a Mangusta......we always discounted the Aston Martin cause he lived on the next street over.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

How's this? Hehe, this is mine and Schatten's car at my house about a week ago, but there was a time, for about a month, that I had mine and my brother's S2000s in my garage too! I had a very p.o.-ed, green with envy neighbor...

HMMMM - I feel kinda lonely up here in New Hampshire. I think we have 5 Stooks in the entire state. Oops 6 if you want to count the one at Peter's Honda waiting to be adopted.

Mark, you crack me up. You have got to find a way to get to Austin so you can be a true Austin S2K owner instead of an adopted one.
