Anybody use the S2000 for a delivery job?
After being laid off of my job back in September, I applied everywhere I could without avail. Finally, I decided having a minimum wage job is better than not having a job at all.
So you're now reading the post of a... Wait for it...
Drum roll, please!
Domino's delivery driver!
I went from being a manager of a store to now being a delivery boy.
It happens. I'm just glad I finally got another job.
So, anyway, does anyone else deliver pizzas, newspapers, marijuana, etc., in the S2000?
Scratch the newspapers part.

As an ex-delivery kid (not in the s2000) though, I can't see rolling up in a S as being a problem. Most of the time you don't park where they can see you anyways. Most people pretty much already know what they're going to tip before you even get there.
The MPG is decent, although I could see space being an issue for BIG orders (I used to have to do 800$ orders).

Sorry about the job situation man, shit happens.
I think there was a thread a while back about deliveries in the S. I think they were talking about if a pizza guy came to do a delivery in a nice s2000, would you give them a good tip, or nothing at all? I'll try to search for it later. I know a few people said they did deliveries in the S, so hopefully some of them will chime in here.
I think the CR would be a great delivery car

unfortunately i do have experience delivering in the S. delivered pizza in it for about 4 months. tips can vary based on the area. i delivered to houses around a lake that varied from trailer trash to 1 mil+. most of the time i got compliments on the car and people raving about how nice it was. however i also got my fair share of "damn i should go deliver pizza" or "must not be that desperate driving that thing" my favorite was when i was delivering to some ladies house and her neighbor pulled up and in the most redneck voice one could muster, keep in mind i live in Texas, yells hey, hey , hey, look at that car. he must have a good day job. dont tip that SOB. ROFL the lady i was delivering too still gave me a 5 dollar tip. i also got a few pity 15 dollar tips to "help me with the payment". the best ones though were when i would deliver to some old guys house that happened to drive an S or some other nice car that knew exactly what my car was.
