Default Anyone else have a rear window problem like this?

I walked up to my car today from behind and saw that on the bottom of the rear window, part of the top was folded in. Upon further looking, it seemed to be caused by the black plastic edging along the bottom of the glass sticking up on the passenger side. This molding is catching part of the top, (the part that lays over the window), and is making it fold in. The other side was similar but was not sticking up enough to catch the top. I tried bending it down but the material is pretty tough. It seems to fold in evertime I put the top up.
How is the molding supposed to go? Can someone look at there car and tell me? If you don't know what I'm talking about, just go to the back glass window and follow the bottom edge of the glass until it goes underneith the convertable top. My molding right there is sticking up. Is it supposed to be flat or follow the shape of the window up?
thanks

Please post a pic. when describing such issues, as a single picture speaks a thousand words.
