My '01 had 115k and ran LIKE NEW until last thursday when I hydroplaned and totalled it. I'll miss it for sure.

But don't worry about high mileage.

Just replace the shocks/springs/bushings at about 100k and it will feel like new.

Mine hit 100k yesterday!

 

i'm at 107k. runs better than some i test drove w/ half as many miles.

 

So we replaced the clutch last week and I was really surprised with how much I still had left. Turned out that the throw out bearing blew up. Pulled the trans from the motor and a bunch of bearings fell out along with other parts of the TO bearing. Those few weeks without driving the S really made me appreciate it more.

 

134k no problems!!!

 

CEL is MAP sensor overpressure, btw. 12.5psi CTSC.

Put 22k on it since last May!

 

im almost there 98,508 miles ...will there be a badge avalible for 100k s2ks?
