just bought my MY 2000 red S 2 weeks ago, had 73,000 miles on it. got a clean checkup at Honda dealer before I bought it. drives great. It is not my daily driver but i do drive it as much as possible...

For the first 100k-ish I used Mobil 1, but then changed to Valvoline Maxlife Synthetic and changed roughly every 4k miles. Except for the first couple diff/trans changes I have always used Redling MT90 in the trans and Redline 75/90 in the diff. Those get changed twice a year (Winter and Summer).
