This thread makes my heart happy. As does actually posting here, for a change.

 

I'm just sooooo glad to see so many of these babies over 100k. Mine is over 109,000 and except for a clutch replacement back at 105,000 I've had no problems thus far. Like everyone has been saying just keep it maintained and it seems to just keep purring along.

Did you run out of fuel by any chance?

 

HA, not once in the 100k have i run out and I've pushed up to 80 miles of that no bars bs. never put over 12 gallons in it though. My fuel gauge is a big fat liar. I go by the trip meter. Which is currently wildly inaccurate due to a weekend of autox. lol from my typical 29 mpg down to about 17.

I'd like to add that i got hte car new in May of 05 and ive since replaced the top twice(honda covered a bit both times.) all of the fluids a few times, the clutch at 82k(after 1 season of autox and probably 150+ drag strip passes 13.7 @ 101) and like 5 sets of front tires and probably 8-9 sets of rears I couldnt be happier in anything else even close to the price range. Other than adding mods everything is still in ship shape. Loving every minute of it.
