Anyone else over 100K miles?
I figure it goes by the car as a whole. I swapped my motor/trans/diff at about 215k miles, but I figure the rest of the car still has 245k miles.
MY04 has 106,000 miles. have a dozen patches in my roof I made myself from player piano material. replaced brake pads all around obviously.
a bad valve adjustment at a stealership. then all fluids and the valve adjustment done by Billman. replaced the shocks and springs all around myself. thats about it

132K on the car. 35K on the motor. Softtop was replaced at 118K with multiple tears and changed to a glass rear window.
Original clutch made it to 98K.
A double-edged sword of my ownership is that in the first year I owned the car I put 20K on it. The five years that followed, only have put on 35K...so an average of 7K per year. The number of miles I put on per year has steadily declined, with an all time worst this year of only 2,200.
She has really become a garage queen, but I tend to avoid driving it in situations where traffic will be heavy and I can't truly enjoy the spirit of the car. Not that I am at WOT constantly, but with the personality of the car...it's engine and transmission bleeding sports car bliss, I usually just get it out a few times on the weekend when the weather cooperates.
I think my family may have to bury me in this car some day. I love it that much. Six years of ownership and counting.

Think my engine is about done. at 151k now boosted for the last 30k. Burning tons of oil now and piston rings show they are leaking from todays wet compression test. Oh well. 151k ain't bad lol especially when the last 30k have been boosted. Currently at 406whp.
i have a 2004 as well and it just rolled over 100k about 3 weeks ago. it still runs great. getting axle bucket swapped out on the driver side because it vibrates a little on acceleration and tct because it makes that annoying noise that sounds like a bad retainer or something. other than that i baby it most of the time. grip it and rip it on certain spots and vtec cracks no problem and handling is still amazing. im going to start upgrading parts soon in response to maintenance but thats by choice. ^_^

if I swap in a motor with less than 100k should I wait to give myself this badge again until the new motor hits 100k or am I still good since my old one had 118k?
