Anyone ever relocate the trunk button or added a small switch somewhere?

ah that makes sense. as a someone who has a soft top, i never thought about that lol
Nice idea and mod!
You could wire the secondary trunk release to only receive power when the car's ignition has power thus a thief could not open the trunk just by pressing the button (assuming your top is down).
They also sell security keypad devices that require the user to enter a pass code to enable power to the device. This is the one we've used a few times for starter kill:

For the radio control and A/C units we do sell a replacement carbon fiber panel as shown here:

It is relatively simple to do, if I recall it is just snipping one or two wires on the keyless entry module. There used to be a DIY on this but I no longer see it, I swear it came from Modifry but I don't see it anymore.
