1Y2KS2K:

I agree with u, that's what I was concering when the top is up, looks ugly...

but it looks nice with the top down

1.) poor lighting of the pics..

2.)

3.) off topic, i just found that i love the side view of this body kit

I would take it off for sure if I live in california, never have my top up

I do but I have no ways of putting any pictures up. Sorry.
I like it with the tape off.

Some AHM advertising pictures have the tape removed. There's a press release yellow S2K with no tape. You can see it at http://carpoint.msn.com/vip/overview/Honda...c=Home&pos=Find . Also, every AHM Honda dealer has a photo showing a panorama of all the 2001 Honda USA models. The S2K in this picture is yellow and has no tape. There's a "drawing" of a red S2K in the MY2000 S2000 brochure that has a red windshield frame. All the pictures in the MY2001 book have the black border.

Barry...

I looked at the tape before. I tried picking at the visible edge (when you open the driver's door, bottom of the windshield frame) and it didn't seem to want to come off too easily.

Is there an easier/safer method of removing the tape? Is there any residue left after the tape is removed? I have a silver/black and have never liked the black windshield frame.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
