If you do the table thing, that'd be sick! Just get a crappy AP1 dinged up set to toss on the winter tires (~200bucks, maybe) and put the entire rim for the table! Get rid of other table, and you'll always have 4 tires on your car and 4 tires in your house as the table legs...hmm

 

jlude, might be hard to believe but it's true..when you're the only one into cars among your friends and when you live in nyc, it's hard to know someone that has extra room in their already tight, overpacked garage to lend you space for a set of wheels...

looks like snow tires are out of the picture until i get my OWN garage which who knows when that'll be..
