Default Anyone know how I can get paint off ABS Plastic?

Well, I had my car's rear bumper painted a while back.

The guy who painted it was an idiot, and painted that black trim between the exhaust tips It wasn't that bad. Except for now, some of it is cracking off

So, I want to remove it all off. I can chip some away with my fingernails, but some parts of the paint are on there really good, and I cant rub it out

Anyone have some type of chemical they can recommend me that wont mess up the plastic? Or another way to remove it? Please? Thanks!

Take it back to the shop that painted it and have them remove it.

You can use lacquer, but Im not sure what it might do to the appearance of the plastic. It will remove the paint tho.
