Rick's header FTW for it price and performnance. The fitment is good and there is a nice blue/purple color to it to bring out the bling-bling. As for the sound you will hear it louder on the top end and when vtec kicking in, but i seriously doubt that you will hear the different if you have the after market (loud) exhaust.

 

The header go right in from bottom and up without trying to loosing anything at all. I installed mine by myself. Just make sure that you don't try to install it from the top because all you are going to do is scratching the heck out of your valve cover.
