I REALLY dont see the appeal of 19s on an S2000. It is a performance car with well balanced braking and handling. Throwing on Jigg-Tastic wheels ruins that.
See, the problem with thinking like that is that you limit yourself rather severely. Who says his car can't outhandle yours? Just because a car has 19" wheels doesn't mean that is is slow and sloppy. Just because a car has 17" doesn't mean that it is tossable and nimble. There are, believe it or not, examples of 19" wheels that are lighter in some cases than smaller wheels. You should never think in black and white...
Also, what does "Jigg-Tastic" mean?

First of all...I am a girl! I agree with you! I will say that the wheels are ridiculously heavy and make my car extremely slow but heavy but handling wise it does great! Right now the car is basically a show car and judges seem to dig the wheels.

Her car came like that. Why is 19'' so taboo? It isn't like there aren't wheels that are available or made for our cars in this fitment.

Good luck finding a set of 19" tires with the same outer diameter as the stock 245/40/17's.

Just because it will physically fit doesn't mean it was made for this car.

Anyway, to the OP, good luck. Glad you're ditching the 19's, although it's your car, your choice.

I think that 19's on this car just look too big IMO. The only ones that I have ever liked have been SP1's only because of the step lip.
