Anyone use synthetic gear lube in the rear diff?

I used Mobil 1 gear oil but passed on any friction modifiers. The modifier is important in some LSD

So did you use the royal purple or did you use something else???

I just put in Mobile 1 75w-90 synthetic. Seems to be a lot of users on the board using it - xviper has had it in his for a year I believe.
