Are AP1 and 2 fenders the same?

A local junkyard has a mint 04 AP2 passenger fender in NFR (woot!) with plastic undertrays for 250. I'm wondering if this will fit on my car.

the fenders will fit, but the plastic lining is different where it connects to the bumper.
