Default AP1 Header & syspension/alighment q's

My attempts to find the Nippon autosport quad exhaust has failed. It looks like the company who actually manafactures it went belly up (acording to nippon autosport in germany). Anyways, I am going to be changing the clutch now on my ap1 and going with a flightweight flywheel, and thinking maby I should do some more upgrades (in getting a little bit more of mid to high range power. It only has a drop in K&N thus far)

1) If i decide to go with a header, say an amuse or a Fujitsubo Super Ex Header, how much louder would it be than stock?

2) is it possible to bud either of them up to a stock exhaust system for the time being?

3) My alignment seems to keep going out of wack quickly after having an alignment done. What could be the cause of this? Is there any bushing kits I can use to help cornering or just forget that all together?

4) I will be picking up a comptech front sway bar for track use, is there anything you guys would recomend as a must get (or should get) for track use?

5) What do you guys think about Motul 8100 0W40 for an AP1 ?

6) J's Racing Torque Damper, does it really work?

1) if you run a header, it will be about 5% extra exhaust noise. I don't think that's very noticeable.

2) Yes. That will be fine.

3) what are the specs on your alignment ? Did you lower the car ?

4) depending the size of the track. Front sway might not be necessary.

5) I have been running the same oil. Good product but not good for track imo.

6) It does make a diff. It helps to reduce engine flex so better power transfer.

try to get the header by the time you do your clutch job, cause you gotta take the stock manifold off anyways when you drop the tranny

thats exactly why im looking at doing it all together now.

what weight would you use for track use?

it depends on the track i'll attend. Either a large track like Mosport International (similar to watkins glen), or a small tight local track (where an lsd would realy help)

the car is on stock suspension, the alignment is factory spec with 1/4" toe in total and -2 camber in the rear

also to note, that recently my car has been swaying or trying to fight or follow minor minor grooves in the road, as much as one day giving it full throttle in a straight line (already moving/rolling from 2nd and going to the top of second), it got quite loose in the rear and tried to jump a lane (never happened before)
