my MY2002 doesnt have that problem yet. I'd imagine that happens if the car is kept outdoors. I am going to consistently condition my headlights with the meguairs X stuff and hopefully that will protect it from the sun.
conditioning the outside of the headlight, has nothing to do with it, and will not prevent it from bubbling. so is this a bubble you could pop with a needle, or is it solid?

While mulderizing my headlights, I noticed these bubbles too. Mine were actual bubbles with air underneath. I poked it and it caved in a bit, but popped back out without cracking

It's a wet sanding kit with polish. Are you saying I can do it without wet sanding??
Typically you won't need to sand the lights. I've brought back some pretty white/hazed lights on other cars using just PlastiX polish and elbow grease in about 15 minutes. Try that first, and if it doesn't do the trick, then do the sanding. Sanding's just a PITA because you really have to do it right, with lighter and lighter grit, and then do the polish step to get rid of all the microscratches. If the polish alone does the job, you save yourself a lot of work.

(sorry for the tread hijack....if you have anymore questions about removing haze, just shoot me a PM, or post in the wash/wax forum)
