Default AP1 lip on my S2000... Is it authentic or replica?

I bought this car a little over a month ago. It is obviously an AP2 with an AP1 front lip on it, unpainted.

Its looks like a thick piece of rubber type material, like the whole thing is out of hardened? rubber?

I do not see any part numbers stamped on it.. nothing.

The fitment is actually great for the AP2 bumper and would be great for an AP1 bumper too. The width is perfect, it has all the mounting holes.. The height is perfect, there are no imperfections to it...

I am trying to sell it and I really need to know if its authentic or what!

Here are the pics:

What do you think??

I wasnt aware OEM's did not come unpainted! OK!

I guess that answers my question!

I do know that they did not make an AP1 style lip for the AP2..

I wonder what it is worth? I see lips on Ebay for $75 to $200....

Do you have any more pics you could take that show the entire car with the lip? I've actually been thinking of looking at one of these just as something for the meantime until I find the lip/bumper I really want to spend my money on.

That is not an ap1 lip made for an ap2. Its an ap1 lip that was stuck on an ap2.
