I just pulled off my replica lip in place of a Honda OEM lip. IMO the Honda one is a much nicer design. I like the rubber gasket that is used on the Honda part, it has a better fitment and construction, I like the look of the end pieces of the OEM. lip. The OEM lip is also a bit larger from what I can tell. It all depends on how picky you are about fitment. If price isn't a concern the Honda part is my preference, can't argue with the price of the replica though. I didn't want to mess with painting the replica one either, it's not worth the hassle IMO, the OEM lip comes perfectly matched to the colour of my s2k.

BTW the Honda part is not fibreglass, it appears to be a uerethane product, the end pieces are a harder plastic design though, I could see parts of it cracking if you were to bang it up against a parking curb or something. I'm taking my replica lip to the dump tomorrow, given the low price of new ones it's not even worth selling it on the used market.

I've talked to a baysonr rep before on the AP1 lip. They told me to check back on the eBay store on 6/9 and they should have some in stock. However, I've been debating very long with myself on either a rep or oem. Maybe you can get yours on that day if that's the route you choose.

Sorry, if its not fiberglass, it cracks just like it. So who cares. I honestly would never pay that much for somthing that is just going to get scraped and cracked. I used 3m body moulding tape along my whole lip, and have the two screws in the inner fender wells on each side holding it on. Been like that for a while, no problems.

OEM lips come painted from the factory, replicas don't. Locally, it would cost me around $250 - $300 for a decent paint job so why not just get OEM paint.

I was just on their website and all I could find was the AP2 lip -- I'm assuming you called them about the AP1 version?

Edit: To the OP -- www.handa-accessories.com also carries them, and occasionally, so does ebay seller dchautoparts (which is actually a dealership parts department).
yeah I called them but they said you could look it up in the parts section of their site, the two part numbers are almost identical for ap1 and ap2, the last two letters are the only different parts.

The ap1 front lower lip part number is 08F01-S2A-181AF
