Are AP1 OEM Lips still available?

pulled my replica lip off this week, and it is much softer than the OEM lip. It almost felt like rubber when I folded it in half to stuff it into my car to dispose of it. While the replica lip didn't crack, the paint on the lip did crack from tapping parking curbs as the lip is more flexible than the paint. It had quite a bit of spider web cracks in the paint.

By law, AP1 lips must be available until the year 2013.
