There are hundreds of differences between the years, even among AP1s and other AP1s, same for AP2s. I suggest you start reading the FAQs in the Introductions thread that ouline the differences by year.

Lighten up man. It's a fair question.
Well, if it hadn't been discussed a hundred times in this forum before then I probably wouldn't have said anything.

What really makes a difference is the color. Everyone knows that Sebring Silver is the fastest color.

9k might be longer than 8k.

But AP2 is 2.2L and therefore has more girth. And that's what matters, right ladies?
GIRTH FTW!

It all depends guys. Sometimes it's the color of the car. Sometimes it's the babe in the passenger seat or behind the wheel. Any MY with dubs and spinners is OK in my book.

LOL, and you haven't even been a member for a year yet. I've been here since '04, and it is extremely rare to see a question that hasn't been asked many times before. If it weren't for repeat questions the forums would be pretty dead.

IMO this topic gets handled a lot better now than it did when I first started hanging out here. There are still too many people who get offensive, or offended, but as the car has matured the pattern of change has become too conspicuous for the kind of arguments we use to see. Most of the older threads are so full of piss and vinegar that they're not very good sources of information.

Wait until you've been here as long as I have. Then you'll REALLY be tired of hearing all the same quesions over and over again. Best bet is to get use to it and just try to respond to the questions nicely.

Robs14 - you are sharp, thanks for "fixing it", laughed out loud, which I don't usually do.
