I really want a front splitter/protector for my ap2 but, I can't seem to find one.
This one is available but, only for the ap1.

Is there a big difference between the ap1 bumper and ap2 bumper that this would not fit?

any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

i would think it would fit using the original mounting wholes but im not sure if the ap2 bumper as the exact same cosmetic design. Someone correct if im wrong. but people have done the ap1 to ap2 front bumper swap but the new bumper does look a little different...im pretty sure it would work though

 

There is one for the front underbody spoiler for the AP2.

I don't have the OEM front spoiler. Just the bumper.

I've been in contact with that company and they said they have no plans to make the protector for the ap2 without the oem spoiler.

 

Get the Mugen lip for AP2. They are splitters.

 

do you have to have the 'front under spoiler' installed for this to fit? i don't have that...i think the splitter would look pretty cool.

 

Thats a good point. Since the protector uses the same holes to attach regardless, it may fit. I'm emailing the company to check on return policy just in case.

Has anyone else done this? I've searched but, can't find anyone with an ap2 and no spoiler that has a splitter/protector.

They are working on a prototype protector for the AP2 withouth the oem spoiler. I'll keep all posted as informtion becomes available.
