Default Ap1 vs Ap2 bumper

I'm a newbie. I just purchased a 2004 S2000 that was a stolen recovery. They took the:
Seats
Radio
Steering wheel with airbag
Speedo cluster
Trunk lid
Hood
head lights and tail lights
both fenders
and both bumpers
I have replaced all but the bumpers and headlights.
My question is: What is the difference between the AP1 and AP2 bumpers?
Because I can find AP1 headlights all day long and AP2, not so much. Will the Ap2 bumper fit with the Ap1 Headlights. Or do I have to get all Ap2 headlights and bumper? or vice versa?
Thanks in advance for the info.

its interchangable. the bumper have the same mounting holes, however plastic behind the bumper is different between the two models.

They are interchangable, but you will need to modify the rear brackets due to the variance in the length of the two bumpers (AP2 sits lower).

I am considering doing this swap to my car and those rear mounting points are different between the two cars

HTG also sells the Ap2 Bumpers for the Ap1. I don't think they require any modifications (retrofitted, it says).

Yeah I have an AP2 rear bumper on my AP1. What he said about the rear lower valence is correct, but not hard to deal with.

I have two brackets shaped like ] underneath, with a hole at the top and the bottom that just extend the distance you need. The AP2 bumpers are MUCH improved in my opinion, I'll be keepin my eyes open for a front one.

Can anyone confirm if the HTG Ap2 bumper is a direct bolt on for the Ap1. (the add says it's retrofitted for the Ap1).
