i'm wondering how they're mounted....i want to get them powdercoated, but how are they attached...are they easy to take off...anyone powdercoat or paint the emblems and have pic?? thanks in advance

 

They are easy to take off but you will likely destroy the insert that holds the badge into the holes of the car.

Also, those emblems are made of plastic. It's not easy to powdercoat plastic due to the high temps involved in the process.

buy a new set, scuff them up with a 3m scuff pad, or sand them with 400 grit. ...then paint them.

 

they look like metal though

 

How many people do you need to tell you they are plastic before you believe it?
