They are not that great here in SD either...1 of the 2 reasons that I'm not dumped. 2nd being that I like to turn the corners aggressively without rubbing on the fenders. Lot of pot holes and lots of broken roads where they recently did work and then patched it up and did a shitty job patching because it's nowhere near the quality the road originally was.
You can setup exactly how you want the ride to be since you can adjust the rebound and compression separately w/ these coilovers.

Cool, nicely done. I don't think I could even go that low on the roads here due to the front lip on mine. I've already scraped on a couple of places including a really steep dip up in Austin, TX going out of a music venue. Personally I wouldn't go any lower than what you're at now, but tastes differ.
