Default ap2 taillight conversion help

Does it cost 200 bcuks to install/do the wiring on the ap2 taillights? That's what they told me it'll cost...can I do it myself or is there a reason for 200 bucks?

You should ask yourself if you can do the install not us

As far as the price, its very dependent on where you get the quote from so 200 might be good or it might be bad. I did it myself so I have no idea.

Here is the how to; you can figure out if you can do it or not. Further down there is the part with cutting to fit the car.

I did it myself so I guess the answer would be yes you can. I had to rent a sawzall from homdepot and I had a dremel but nothing major really.

when I hear "sawzall" and car, basic is about the last thing I think of.

Read the link above on what the conversion really involves. Its by no means "basic"

look it up on google images to get an idea

Its basically a saw with a blade on the end of it that goes back and forth so you can cut out the rear panels of your car.
