They offered me 3.33% for 12, 24, 36...and 84 months. I decided to sign on for 84months for lower monthly payment. Anyways, I have enough money to pay off after 8 mos so I'm not losing that much money on interest.

I got a 2nd mortgage for MY04 so I could deduct the interest.

4.99% for 60% We needed the tax deduction!
