The self leveling headlight help with the bouncing because they'll level when your going up an incline and this reduces the flashing effect so prominent when we go up a hill. It doesn't eliminate it, but its better than nothing. I'm really surprised that self leveling for HID's isn't a requirement in the US. It doesn't entirely prevent the flashing effect, but it cuts down on it.

I'm always afraid that I'll piss off someone with a gun...
