Attempted headlight theft or hit and run?

That is amazing though that there is no damage other than the lens being moved..., You would think the there would be a crack or some paint exchange or something. - Very lucky...,

The bumper is very simple to remove. I would not pay someone $200.

Sure, I can take the bumper off but I am not going to be able to re-align everything myself plus most likely there is broken brackets, etc. Also the fender needs to be bent back into shape so I will just leave it all to a good body shop. Just hoping I don't need to repaint the fender and replace the headlight assembly.

this would be my guess as well...someone could have just kicked your headlight in. If it was a hit and run, you will have more markings on the car. Also, if someone was trying to steal your headlights, they wouldn't care about the paint and would have caused much more damage. btw you do need to pull the bumper cover off to take the headlights out.
