That was one bad comparison. It's a good thing that a stook isn't involved.

Just let me add $20 grand to my Stook and we would all see it in first place...end of story.

Watching the program, I figured out why MotorTrend has not taken a liking to the S2000. Matt Stone, a Sr. Editor at MT, is so huge that the S2000 is probably a very tight fit for him. With no adjustable steering, I doubt if he can fit in it at all without greasing up. Moreover, what would be adequate torque numbers for a regular-sized human being are taxed to the max when he gets in the car. I wouldn't doubt if he affects the handling of the car. They probably have to realign the steering to pull to the right to compensate for his mass.

Matt,
One word: Subway.

I saw this and was amazed after the 'Vette cleaned up in nearly every category that they picked the BMW. What morons! If they wanted to favor a four-seat car, they should have tested all 4-seat cars. If this was a performance comparison, what difference does the number of seats make? I've hated Motor Trend since I was a teenager, and every thing they do confirms my suspicion that they're brain challenged.
